In his capacity as an international mediator and arbitrator, Paul is a member of JAMS International's panel, and has been instrumental in establishing 
JAMS IRELAND, with the support of many of the key players involved in the "mediation" of the Northern Ireland Peace Process. His expertise as a media, sports and professional negligence lawyer have stood him in good stead in practicing as an ADR specialist.

des and has frequently been cited as one of the leading experts in professional indemnity and personal injury litigation, and has been involved in a number of ground breaking Actions involving policy and other related disputes.
