Dr. Sandi Mann is Senior Psychology Lecturer at the School of Psychology, University of Central Lancashire and the Sunday Mirror Psychologist. Her breadth of knowledge and expertise covers an extraordinarily wide range of topics including: –SMSlider

Dr. Sandi has worked across these areas extensively over her 20 year career. Dr. Sandi joined the Department of Psychology at the University of Central Lancashire in 1998 as Senior Lecturer in Occupational Psychology, after completing her PhD and two Masters Degrees. Dr. Sandi’s main research areas include anger and boredom. She is also project lead on a major anti-truancy project funded by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation.  

Dr. Sandi is also Director of The Mind Training Clinic and is a Chartered Psychologist with many years experience of treating clients with anxiety conditions. She has written more than ten self-help psychology books published by reputable publishers such as Hodder and Stoughton. Dr Mann’s books include Anger Management in a Week, Dealing with Difficult Eaters and Surviving the Terrible Teens . Dr Mann’s latest book is Overcome Phobias and Panic Attacks (Hodder and Stoughton).

Dr. Sandi is a regular contributor to various media outlets on psychological issues including television, newspaper and magazines and is also invited speaker  at various conferences such as the annual Health and Well-Being Conference, the Association of Business Psychologists Annual Conference and British Association of Counseling and Psychotherapy Conferences
